What sports hall management software has to solve
A sports hall does not rent out courts: it rents out a floor that is a basketball academy at five, three training courts at seven and a futsal match at nine. Sports hall management software has to know that those three things take up the same square meter, charge each use at its price and make clear, on the same screen, what belongs to a club, what has been hired out and what is closed.

A court that splits into three, without selling the floor twice
The relationship between the whole court and its divisions is declared once. From then on the grid never offers the same square meter twice.

Fixed hours for clubs, one-off hours for the public
The clubs that train in the hall all season are created in a single operation, as recurring bookings, and show on the grid as a fixed rental with their name. Their charges are grouped to be collected together, and the rate can be a club rate, different from the one an individual sees.
Whatever is left between training sessions stays on sale at its price: indoor court hire is booked and paid online, through the center's own bank gateway or through Sporttia's, and users cancel on their own within the window each court sets.

Maintenance closures, accounted for
When the floor needs sanding or a hoop needs fixing, the court is closed from the grid itself, with the reason and the dates, and shows as out of service for everyone to see. If the whole hall has to close, it is done in a single operation and the system says when it is finished.
That closure is not lost: the occupancy report records it as such, with its reason and times, next to the bookings and the classes. It is what lets the annual report show that a court was not empty but closed. Most of the halls Sporttia manages belong to local-authority sports departments, and for them the councils page covers the rest: e-invoicing, concession discounts and the reports for audit.
What you should know
- The relationship between the whole court and its divisions has to be declared when the facilities are set up. Grouping courts or giving them the same schedule does not make them block each other.
- Capacity counts entries minus exits, so it depends on exits being recorded. Anyone who does not check out keeps counting until the overnight reset.
- Automatic lighting needs the electrical installation to be ready for it, and it is quoted separately from the software depending on what the hall already has.
- Round-robin leagues are not yet available to centers. Tournaments are.

- Do the hall's sports academies run in the same system?
- Yes. Academy groups take their court on the grid as a class, with their places and fees, and enrollment is online. The coach takes attendance per class.
- How is a court closed for maintenance accounted for?
- The closure is made from the grid with its reason and dates, and the occupancy report records it as such, next to the bookings and classes. So an unused hour is told apart from a free hour nobody booked.
- How much does sports hall management software cost?
