What you should know
- Every sale is tied to a member, because the charge hangs off them. For sales to non-members, the usual practice is a generic counter account.
- Inventory counts units. There is no supplier management, no purchase orders and no stock valuation.
- It is built for the desk: there is no mobile terminal for taking payments courtside.

- Do I have to work out the net amount by hand?
- No. You type the retail price, tax included, and the system deducts the net: a product at €8.50 with 21% tax stores €7.02. The basket shows the breakdown as you add lines.
- Can I sell to someone who is not a member?
- Every sale is tied to a member, because the charge hangs off them. The usual practice is to keep a generic counter account for one-off sales, so the till balances without registering every buyer.
- Do I have to keep stock levels for everything?
- No. Inventory is switched on product by product. Anything you do not want counted — a drink, a racket rental — sells without units coming off.
- Do sales go into the same till as bookings?
- Yes. A sale appears in the accounts like any other payment, with its method, so the day's close covers shop and bookings in one cash-up.
- Does it calculate change?
- Yes. There is a field for the money the customer hands over and another showing the change to give back, as well as the sale total.
