Getting started with Sporttia
You start free, with nothing installed at the center and nothing committed. And when the person who set it up leaves, the system is still configured properly.
And the hardware at the door and at the desk
Every entry here is something Sporttia already controls at centers running today, not a wish list.
Turnstiles and doors
Reads QR codes, RFID cards or wristbands, PINs, barcoded tickets and fingerprints. One device takes several types at once.
Sporttia Scanner handheld
A reader with a QR laser and NFC, common at swimming pools. It arrives activated by the supplier and updates itself.
Sporttia QR Reader
An Android app that turns any phone into an access reader, with no hardware to buy. It is how a small center gets started.
Desktop RFID reader
For pairing cards and wristbands to a member's record from the front desk.
Connected card terminal
Paycomet, standalone on the center's local network, and Stripe Terminal, tied to the center and with test payment simulation. The amount is sent to the device, never typed.
CashDro
A smart cash drawer: the customer pays into the machine, which validates and counts the money automatically.
Signature tablet
Captures the member's signature on consent forms, which are filed on their record.
Automated lighting
Switching tied to the booking with pre-lighting, post-lighting and grace margins, in coordination with TAI Global.
Self-service payment kiosk
The customer rents, pays in cash or by card and walks in, with nobody at the ticket desk. In use at municipal swimming pools.
Turnstiles you already have
Sporttia connects to TAI Global installations, which keep opening offline and sync their entries once the line is back.
Receipt printer
Receipts from the point of sale and from bookings, with whatever numbering the center defines.
Card payments run through Redsys, Paycomet, Stripe, CECA, Sipay, ZityCard. Many centers take payments through Sporttia's own gateways and do not need a specific banking contract.

- What does Sporttia cost?
- It is matched to the center and agreed in a twenty-minute demo. Every feature and the app for your members are included: there are no modules charged separately.
- Do modules have to be bought separately?
- All three plans include members, bookings, payments, discounts, punch passes, courses and events, plus the app. Competitions are a separate module, and access control also depends on the hardware installed at the door.
- Does management work from a phone?
- Management is web-based: taking payments, closing facilities, running direct debits or pulling reports all happen in a browser, on any computer at the center. The app is for your members and is free on iOS and Android.
- Which payment gateways can I use?
- Sporttia works with Redsys, Paycomet, Stripe, CECA, Sipay, ZityCard. Many centers take payments through Sporttia's own gateways and do not need a specific banking contract.
- Is it any good for a council?
- That is its main use case: most of the centers Sporttia runs are councils and municipal sports trusts. It covers SEPA direct debits, Q60 payment slips, the reports an annual report demands, and it is certified to the Spanish National Security Framework at medium level.
