Frequently asked questions
- What is Sporttia?
- Management software for sports centers, clubs and councils. It covers court bookings, courses, memberships, payments, SEPA direct debits, point of sale and access control, and it comes with a free app for the center's members.
- What does it cost?
- It is matched to the center and agreed in a twenty-minute demo: a club with two courts does not cost the same as a council with nine facilities. Every feature and the members' app are included, with no modules charged separately.
- Does anything have to be installed at the center?
- No. You work from a browser on any computer. The only thing installed, if the center wants it, are the turnstiles or readers for access control.
- Is it any good for a council?
- That is its main use case: most of the centers Sporttia runs are councils and municipal sports trusts. It is certified to the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS) at medium level, a routine requirement in Spanish public-sector tenders.
- Is the members' app charged separately?
- No. It is free for the member, on iOS and Android, and included in all three plans.
