Charge what you want, to whoever you want
- Price by hour, by day and with floodlights
- A ten in the morning court is not worth what an eight in the evening one is, and the winter one needs lights. Every band has its own rate.
- Resident, member or club rates
- The same slot can cost nine euros for people registered in the town and fourteen for everyone else. Each group sees its own price when booking.
- Booking windows that depend on who you are
- Residents open their week eight days ahead and everyone else five. It is how you give priority without managing it by hand.
When something unexpected happens
- Close one court or the whole center in a moment
- A fault, bad weather or any other incident: close a facility or the entire center in one go, and members see it straight away.
- The Tuesday club, the whole season at once
- Enter every booking of a team's or fixed group's season in one go, and group their charges so you can handle them together.
- No-shows can't keep booking the same way
- Limit how many bookings someone can hold, keep track of unplayed bookings and temporarily block users with unpaid charges or missed bookings.
- Cancel without complicating the admin
- When a booking is cancelled, the money goes back to the member's wallet to use later, with no manual refunds or till adjustments.

A closure can affect hundreds of slots, so it does not lock the screen: you launch it, carry on serving people, and the system tells you when it is done.

What each color on the grid means

What members sort out themselves
- See real availability and book from their phone, at any hour.
- Pay by card or with the balance they hold at the center.
- Cancel on their own within whatever window each court sets.
- Get the code that lets them into the facility.
Frequently asked questions
- Do members see the same availability as the front desk?
- Yes. The grid and the app read the same data at the same moment, so there are never two versions of the truth. What differs is how much of each booking is shown: the center always sees the holder's name, and members only if the center allows it.
- Can I charge different prices depending on the hour or the member?
- Yes, on both counts. Each band of the schedule carries its own price and distinguishes lit from unlit courts; and a rate can be restricted to a group, so residents, members or a specific community see one price and everyone else sees another.
- Can I book a whole sports hall and its individual courts separately?
- Yes. One booking can occupy several facilities at once, and the relationship between the large space and the small ones is declared once, so the grid never offers the same square meter twice.
- How do I close a court for maintenance?
- From the grid itself, giving the reason and the dates. The court goes out of service with the reason on display. If you need to close the whole center, one button does it in a single operation and tells you when it has finished.
