A closure can affect hundreds of slots, so it does not lock the screen: you launch it, carry on serving people, and the system tells you when it is done.

What each color on the grid means

What members sort out themselves
- See real availability and book from their phone, at any hour.
- Pay by card or with the balance they hold at the center.
- Cancel on their own within whatever window each court sets.
- Get the code that lets them into the facility.
What you should know
- A booking paid by card is held for about nine minutes while the bank confirms. If the payment lands late, the amount goes into the member's wallet and is not lost.
- The limits on people who abuse the system are four specific types, not a free-form rule editor.
- The slot lengths available depend on the schedule's interval, so it is worth deciding that before the season opens.
Frequently asked questions
- Do members see the same availability as the front desk?
- Yes. The grid and the app read the same data at the same moment, so there are never two versions of the truth. What differs is how much of each booking is shown: the center always sees the holder's name, and members only if the center allows it.
- Can I charge different prices depending on the hour or the member?
- Yes, on both counts. Each band of the schedule carries its own price and distinguishes lit from unlit courts; and a rate can be restricted to a group, so residents, members or a specific community see one price and everyone else sees another.
- What happens if someone starts paying by card and never finishes?
- The booking is held in their name for about nine minutes while they complete the payment. Once that window closes, the slot is released. If the bank does charge them afterwards, the amount is automatically credited to their wallet with a message explaining why, so the money is never lost.
- Can I book a whole sports hall and its individual courts separately?
- Yes. One booking can occupy several facilities at once, and the relationship between the large space and the small ones is declared once, so the grid never offers the same square meter twice.
- How do I close a court for maintenance?
- From the grid itself, giving the reason and the dates. The court goes out of service with the reason on display. If you need to close the whole center, one button does it in a single operation and tells you when it has finished.
- How many charges does a shared booking create?
- One per player plus a grouped payment holding the total. Only the grouped one counts in the center's accounts, so income is never double-counted.
