What Sporttia costs

Two packs: the Basic Pack, from €35/month, and the Advanced Pack, from €45/month.

Excluding indirect taxes. The final price depends on the size of the center and the modules it adds, and it is settled with the sales team.

The two packs

Both include online booking, payments and the free app for users. The Advanced Pack adds what a center with members, academies, events and a shop needs.

What changes the final price

The two packs set the entry price. A club with two padel courts does not cost the same as a council sports department with nine facilities, a pool, academies and turnstiles, so the final price is set in the proposal, on the size of the center and the modules it will use.

Anything not in either pack —access control or automated lights and doors, for example— is agreed separately with the sales team.

The fee depends on the POS the center uses. With its own bank's POS, if Sporttia has it integrated, there is no Sporttia fee; with Sporttia's POS (Stripe), a fee on the payments made through it is charged every month. All of that is written into the proposal, before anything is signed.

What is always included

Whichever pack the center signs up for, this does not change.

Your bank, no fee
If your bank works with a gateway Sporttia has integrated (Redsys, Paycomet, Stripe or CECA), you take payments through its POS and Sporttia takes nothing. Sporttia's POS carries its monthly fee.
Your users' app
Free on iOS and Android, for them and for the center. They book, pay, enroll and get in from their phone.
Nothing to install
It runs in the browser on any computer. No server to maintain and no software to update.
Support
The Sporttia team sets the center up with you and stays with you afterwards.

What the price depends on

These are the questions the sales team asks to prepare the proposal.

What is taken into account

Councils and the public sector

For a council the price is set within whatever procurement procedure applies —a tender, a minor contract or a framework agreement— and the scope is set by the tender documents. The sales team prepares the offer on what the tender asks for, not on a generic price list.

How much does Sporttia cost?
Sporttia comes in two packs: the Basic Pack, from €35/month, and the Advanced Pack, from €45/month, excluding indirect taxes. The final price depends on the size of the center and the modules it adds, and it is set out in the written proposal from the sales team. The users' app is included in both.
What is the difference between the Basic Pack and the Advanced Pack?
The Basic Pack includes online rental and booking, virtual wallet, payment gateway (Sporttia's virtual POS), accounting, integration with the center's website, support by email, phone, chat and WhatsApp and free app for users, on Android and iOS. The Advanced Pack includes all of that plus booking restrictions, members, events, bank direct debits, sports academies, matches and point of sale.
Does Sporttia charge a fee on each booking?
It depends on the POS the center uses. A center can take payments through its own bank's POS if that bank works with one of the gateways Sporttia has integrated (Redsys, Paycomet, Stripe or CECA); if it does not, it uses Sporttia's POS (Stripe). With its bank's, Sporttia charges no fee; with Sporttia's, a fee on the payments made through it is charged every month.
Is every feature included?
No. Each pack includes its own modules, and anything not in either —access control or automated lights and doors, for example— is agreed separately with the sales team, based on what the center needs.
Is the users' app charged separately?
No. It is free for users, on iOS and Android, and included in Sporttia.
Are turnstiles, readers or automatic lighting included?
Not in the software price: hardware is quoted separately depending on what the center already has. You can start without buying anything, using an Android phone as a reader.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
There is no free plan. The way to see it before deciding is the demo, a thirty-minute meeting with the sales team to see the whole application running.
