The lights obey the booking, not whoever walks up
During the product audit a pass was simulated at a turnstile with a court linked to it. The access result and the lighting result are independent:

Turnstiles and doors
Reads QR codes, RFID cards or wristbands, PINs, barcoded tickets and fingerprints. One device takes several types at once.

Receipts from the point of sale and from bookings, with whatever numbering the center defines.

Captures the member's signature on consent forms, which are filed on their record.
What members sort out themselves

What you should know
- What gets automated is the lighting and the door. There is no irrigation, no climate control and no other connected utility.
- Lighting automation needs the electrical installation to be ready for it, and is quoted separately from the software depending on what the center already has.
- Pass-based entry needs a connection, because the system has to check how many uses are left. Booking, membership and course entry work offline.
- There is no facial recognition. Identification is by credential: code, card, wristband, ticket or fingerprint.

- Can I keep the courts open with no staff?
- Yes, and that is the main use. The door opens on the booking code, the lights come on by themselves and there is a record of who came in and when. That turns the hours before work and after dinner into sellable ones.
- How much equipment do I have to buy to start?
- You can start without buying anything: any Android phone acts as a reader with the corresponding app. From there, turnstiles, doors or the swimming-pool handheld, depending on the size of the center and the type of facility.
- How is the lighting controlled?
- The lights come on because there is a booking on that court at that hour, with however many minutes of margin you choose before and after. They go off by themselves at the end, so nothing is ever lit over an empty court.
- Can I check a member will get in before installing anything?
- Yes. The panel simulates a pass with a given code, date and time, and reports whether that credential would open the door and whether the lights would come on. It is how you verify the setup without waiting for it to fail with a member watching.
- What happens if the internet goes down?
- Turnstiles built for it hold the day's permissions and keep opening. The only exception is pass-based entry, because the system has to check right then how many uses are left.
