Franchises and chains
Management software for sports franchises and chains
Sporttia gives a sports chain or franchise the same system at every club, with one provider and one commercial relationship. Each center runs autonomously: its own facilities, rates, users and admins, payment gateway and till. And whatever the team learns at one club still applies at the next.

One center's dashboard: its year at a glance, without opening a single report. Sporttia's interface, with sample data.
- 410
- sports centers run their day-to-day on Sporttia
- Its own bank
- at every club, if its gateway is integrated: each one takes payments into its own account
- 0 €
- is what the app costs members at any club
What usually happens
- A different system at each club, each with its own vendor, its own contract and its own way of doing things.
- Staff who move between centers and have to learn another system from scratch.
- Every opening is a project: finding software, negotiating another contract, training the team.
- Reports arriving from each club in their own format, impossible to compare.
How Sporttia solves it
- One provider for the whole chain
- A single commercial relationship with Sporttia, even when the chain has several centers under contract.
- Each club runs autonomously
- Its own facilities, rates, memberships, users and admins. It fits a franchise, where each club is a business of its own.
- Each club is paid through its own bank
- Each center connects its own gateway, if it is one Sporttia has integrated —Redsys, Paycomet, Stripe or CECA—, and balances its own till.
- The same way of working
- The same system at every club: whatever the team learns at one still applies at the next.
What a franchise or chain needs from its management software
A chain of padel clubs, gyms or sports centers wants two things at once. The first is not having a different system at every club: one provider, a contract that makes sense and a way of working that does not change across the street. The second is that each club keeps running as a business of its own, with its own hours, its own prices, its own front-desk team and, in a franchise, its own till.
Sporttia answers both like this: a single Sporttia customer can have several centers under contract, and each of those centers runs with full autonomy. It is not a panel that controls every club from above; it is the same system, set up at each club for what that club sells.
Each center, running autonomously
A club on the coast and another in a city center do not sell the same hour at the same price.
- Its own facilities and hours
- Each center sets up its courts, rooms or pools, with their sport and their booking slots. What one opens does not touch the one next door.
- Its own rates and memberships
- The price per time band, the member rates and the membership types are decided at each center, with the fee and perks that make sense there.
- Its own users and admins
- Each center has its own users and its own team with access to the panel. Whoever runs a club logs in with that club's admin account.
- Its own payments and till
- Each club takes payments through its own gateway into its own bank account, and closes its own till at the end of the day.
- 1The fee, how often it recurs, the sign-up charge and the expiry belong to the membership: decided once and applied to everyone.
- 2One membership can hang off another, so “adult members” inherits from the general membership whatever they share.
- 3The member cap stops the center selling more memberships than it can serve.
The same system at every club in the chain
What a chain gains with Sporttia is not a remote control but a way of working that repeats itself. The booking grid, the member record, payments, the till close and the reports are the same at every club, so a receptionist who moves to another center has nothing new to learn.
One club's setup also serves as a reference for building the next: which membership types it has, how rates are split by time band, which cancellation policy applies. Each center enters it in its own account, but the chain already knows what it wants before it starts.
Opening one more club in the chain
The center joins the customer
The chain signs up one more center with the same provider, without shopping for software or negotiating from scratch.
Its facilities and hours
The system sets the order: first the courts or rooms, then their booking slots.
Its rates and gateway
With another club's setup as a reference, and payments connected to the gateway of that center's bank.
Visible in the app
The club appears with its own profile in the free Sporttia app, alongside the chain's other clubs.
Software for a padel franchise: each club is paid through its own bank
In a franchise, each club is a separate business and its money cannot go through head office's account. In Sporttia each center connects its own gateway —its bank's, if it works with Redsys, Paycomet, Stripe or CECA, the ones Sporttia has integrated— and takes bookings, memberships and enrolments into its own bank account. Its till close belongs to it alone.
With its own bank's POS, if Sporttia has it integrated, there is no Sporttia fee; with Sporttia's POS (Stripe), a fee on the payments made through it is charged every month. The price is agreed with the sales team depending on the modules the chain signs up for.
Integrations chains usually ask for
Payments through each club's bank, card terminal, turnstiles, machines and data export.
- RedsysThe gateway used by most Spanish banks: BBVA, Santander, CaixaBank and everyone else on Redsys.
- PaycometBanco Sabadell's gateway, with full tokenization for recurring payments.
- StripeModern online payments, and the same provider for the card terminal at the desk.
- CECAThe gateway of the Spanish savings banks.
- Stripe TerminalA card terminal tied to Stripe, with the same accounting as online payments.
- TAI GlobalTurnstiles that keep opening offline and sync their entries once the line is back.
- BH GymloopMember sign-ups and cancellations sync with BH machines, and their usage is recorded.
- FitnessKPIExports members, memberships and income to your own analytics system.
- Remesas SEPA (cuaderno 19)The direct debit file every Spanish bank asks for, generated from the panel.
Each club's numbers, and the chain's in your own BI
Each center has its own dashboard: income for the year, outstanding debt, member balances and bookings, compared month by month with the previous year. The figures come from the center's real operations, and its occupancy, enrolment, fee and access reports download as PDF and CSV.
Sporttia does not merge several centers' numbers into a chain report. If head office wants to see them together, the route is the FitnessKPI integration, which exports each center's members, memberships and income to its own analytics system —Power BI, Tableau or similar—, where the chain can combine them however it likes.
Software for gym chains
- Memberships with their fees, at every center
- Fees raise themselves on each membership's schedule and go out together in a SEPA direct debit batch for the club's bank.
- Turnstiles that keep opening offline
- With TAI Global, turnstiles keep the day's permissions and sync their entries once the line is back. Anyone owing their fee does not get through.
- BH machines, in sync
- With BH Gymloop, member sign-ups and cancellations reach the machines and their usage is recorded.
Start with one or two centers
The usual recommendation is a pilot at one or two centers, then rolling it out to the rest: the chain checks the setup, the reports and the payments with real clubs before moving them all, and the first club built becomes the reference for the others.
There is nothing to install: teams log in from a browser and members use the free Sporttia app. Bringing data over from the previous system is not automatic; it is agreed beforehand, and the usual thing is to bring the members and their memberships. The price is matched to the chain and agreed in the demo, with the modules it needs.
What you should know
- There is no single panel for several centers. Each center is managed with its own admin account, and whoever runs several clubs logs in to each one separately.
- Sporttia does not consolidate the chain's reports. Each center has its own; to see them together, the route is exporting the data with FitnessKPI to head office's analytics system.
- There is no app with the chain's brand and no white-label version. Sporttia is a marketplace: members use the Sporttia app and each club appears in it with its own profile.

Frequently asked questions
- Does Sporttia have a multi-site panel?
- No. Each center is managed with its own admin account, with its own users and setup. What does exist is a single customer —a chain, a franchise or a group— having several centers under contract with Sporttia, all on the same system.
- Does Sporttia work as software for a padel franchise?
- Yes. Each club is set up with its own courts and prices, takes payments into its own account through its bank's gateway and closes its own till. The commercial terms are agreed with the sales team.
- Can head office see the numbers for the whole chain?
- Each center has its own dashboard and reports, in PDF and CSV. Sporttia does not merge them into a chain report: head office can export them with FitnessKPI to its own analytics system and combine them there.
- Can the chain have its own branded app?
- No. Sporttia does not offer an app with the chain's brand or a white-label version: members use the Sporttia app and each club appears in it with its own profile. If an app of your own is essential, Sporttia is not the right fit.
- How is a new center opened?
- It is signed up as one more center under the same customer. Then its facilities, hours, rates and gateway are set up, with another club in the chain as a reference. The time it takes depends on what the center has, so no timeframe is published.
- How much does the software cost for a chain?
- Sporttia comes in two packs: the Basic Pack, from €35/month, and the Advanced Pack, from €45/month, excluding indirect taxes. The final price is matched to the chain and agreed in a thirty-minute demo. It gets the modules it needs and the members' app is included. With its own bank's POS, if Sporttia has it integrated, there is no Sporttia fee; with Sporttia's POS (Stripe), a fee on the payments made through it is charged every month. The usual start is a pilot at one or two centers.
