A padel club sells court hours, and almost everything it loses leaks out in three places: off-peak hours nobody books, payments left outstanding, and time slots that never open because nobody is there to run them. Management software for a padel club has to close all three at once, not just put the court grid online.

Fill the off-peak hours without giving away the peak ones
Peak hours sell themselves. The money that gets lost is on a Tuesday morning and at lunchtime, and that is where rates and open matches do their work.
- A price for every time band
- The same court can cost less at eleven in the morning than at eight in the evening, and less for a member than for a visitor. The price of each free slot is printed on the grid.
- Open matches to complete the court
- One player opens the match and the others join from the app, each paying their share. The club does not handle the split, and a court that would have stayed empty gets played.
- Passes for the regulars
- Prepaid passes the player buys from their phone, including by time band: a morning pass can be cheaper than an evening one.
Take payments through your own bank
If the club's bank works with one of the gateways Sporttia has integrated —Redsys, Paycomet, Stripe or CECA—, the club takes payments through it and the money comes in that way, without switching banks. If not, it uses Sporttia's POS (Stripe). With its own bank's POS, if Sporttia has it integrated, there is no Sporttia fee; with Sporttia's POS (Stripe), a fee on the payments made through it is charged every month. For a club that sells thousands of hours a year it is the first thing worth asking any supplier.
A club with no gateway contract of its own can take payments through Sporttia's gateways instead, with no banking contract needed. And the court is paid for up front, by card or from the player's wallet balance, with whatever cancellation policy the club decides.
Take payments with the bank you already have
If the club already takes payments through Redsys, Paycomet, Stripe or CECA, that gateway is connected and there is no need to change bank. If not, it uses Sporttia's POS.

The player books and pays

Switching systems without losing the season
There is nothing to install: the club logs in from a browser, and players use the free Sporttia app on iOS and Android, or book on the web without downloading anything.
Getting started follows an order the system itself enforces: facilities, schedules, rates and payment gateway. Bringing data across from the previous system is not automatic; it is agreed before starting depending on what needs to come over, and the usual thing is the member list and their memberships. The price is matched to the club and discussed in the demo, with the modules the club needs.
What you should know
- There is no app with the club's brand in the app stores. Sporttia is a marketplace: players use the Sporttia app and the club appears in it with its own profile. What belongs only to the club is its management panel.
- Round-robin leagues are not yet available to centers. Tournaments are, with their draw, registration and payment.
- Automatic lighting needs the electrical installation to be ready for it, and it is quoted separately from the software depending on what the club already has.

- Do players have to install an app?
- It is not required: they can book from a browser. There is also a free app for iOS and Android for anyone who prefers it.
- Can the club have its own branded app?
- No. Sporttia works as a marketplace: the app players use is Sporttia's and the club appears in it with its own profile. If an app with the club's brand is essential, Sporttia is not the right fit.
- Can the courts open with nobody at the club?
- Yes. The booking generates the access code for its time, that court's lights come on with a few minutes' margin and go off when it ends, and every entry is logged. It needs a reader on the door and an electrical installation ready for the lighting.
- How do you switch from another management system?
- Courts, schedules, rates and the payment gateway are set up, in that order. Data from the previous system is brought over depending on what exists and in what format: it is not automatic and is agreed before starting. The usual thing is to bring the members and their memberships.
- Does it work for a club with padel and other sports?
- Yes. Every facility is configured separately, so one club can run padel, tennis, a gym and courses in the same system.
