No. Sporttia adapts to whichever gateway you already have: Redsys, Paycomet, Stripe, CECA, Sipay or ZityCard. It is one of the differences with most competitors, who make you work with their own provider.

Do you integrate with my council's accounting system?

With Microsoft Navision, yes, and it has been running at the Junta de Andalucía for years. We generate SEPA rulebook 19 direct debit files and Q60 payment slips, and we tag every payment with the tax concept municipal accounts require. If your system is a different one, ask us before assuming either way.

Does it work with the turnstiles I already have?

If they are TAI Global, yes, and they keep opening even if the line drops. If you have no turnstiles, you can start with an Android phone as the reader, with no hardware to buy.

Can I take the data into my own analytics system?

Yes. Sporttia exposes members, memberships and income so your analytics tool can consume them, whether that is Power BI, Tableau or whatever you use.

What if my system is not on the list?

It means it has to be assessed, not that it is impossible. This page lists only what is running at real centers today; we would rather say «we will look into it» than promise an integration and have you find out during implementation.
