# Sporttia integrations

Sporttia connects to the system the center already uses: it does not force you to change
bank, replace the turnstiles or rebuild your accounting.

Only integrations **in production** are listed, running at real centers today. There are more
in development that are not announced until they are live.

## Online payments

You do not have to change bank to work with us: Sporttia adapts to whichever gateway you already have.

| Integration | What it does | Who it fits |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Redsys | The gateway used by most Spanish banks: BBVA, Santander, CaixaBank and everyone else on Redsys. | Private clubs on a standard banking contract, and small councils. |
| Paycomet | Banco Sabadell's gateway, with full tokenization for recurring payments. | Centers banking with Sabadell, and the Andalusian public sector. |
| Stripe | Modern online payments, and the same provider for the card terminal at the desk. | Private clubs and chains with centers in more than one country. |
| CECA | The gateway of the Spanish savings banks. | Centers banking with Caja Ontinyent, Ibercaja and other savings banks. |
| Sipay | A payment gateway for public administration. | The Andalusian public sector. It is the Junta de Andalucía's gateway. |
| ZityCard | The municipal citizen card: residents pay with the card their council already gave them. | Municipalities running a citizen card scheme. |

## Payments at the desk

Reception takes the payment from the panel and the movement is recorded instantly. No copying card-terminal receipts by hand.

| Integration | What it does | Who it fits |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Paycomet ITOS card terminal | A standalone card terminal: staff launch the payment from the panel and the device asks for the card. | Centers on the Paycomet gateway. In use at the Junta de Andalucía. |
| Stripe Terminal | A card terminal tied to Stripe, with the same accounting as online payments. | Private clubs and chains already taking online payments with Stripe. |
| CashDro | A drawer that validates notes and gives change. Staff never touch the money. | Ticket desks with high cash volume, like a summer pool. |
| Bracelit | A self-service kiosk: the customer rents, pays in cash or by card and walks in, with nobody at the desk. | Municipal pools that want to take payments without a receptionist. |

## Access control

With the hardware you already have installed, or with ours. Few competitors offer genuine physical control.

| Integration | What it does | Who it fits |
| --- | --- | --- |
| TAI Global | Turnstiles that keep opening offline and sync their entries once the line is back. | Sports halls and pools with turnstiles already installed. |
| Sporttia Scanner | A handheld with a code reader and NFC, for controlling entry at high volume. | Large pools in the summer season. |
| Sporttia QR Reader | An Android app that turns any phone into an access reader. No hardware to buy. | Small pools and sports halls where one person handles entry. |
| Wacom signature tablet | Consent forms signed at the desk and filed on the member's record. | Municipal academies registering children. In use at the Junta de Andalucía. |

## Accounting and the public sector

The block that decides a public tender. If your accounting system is on this list, the implementation is already solved.

| Integration | What it does | Who it fits |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Microsoft Navision | Customers, products and payments created automatically in the accounting ERP, with no manual uploads. | Public administration on Navision. Running at the Junta de Andalucía for years. |
| SEPA direct debits (rulebook 19) | The direct debit file every Spanish bank asks for, generated from the panel. | Any center collecting dues by direct debit. |
| Q60 payment slips | Barcoded payment slips for collecting over a bank counter. | Councils collecting through a partner bank. |
| Municipal tax concepts | Every payment is tagged with the tax concept the council's accounts require. | Councils with their own tax concepts. In use at Barberà del Vallès. |

## Machines and data

Member sync with your gym machines, and data export to your own analytics system.

| Integration | What it does | Who it fits |
| --- | --- | --- |
| BH Gymloop | Member sign-ups and cancellations sync with BH machines, and their usage is recorded. | Gyms running BH machines and Gymloop software. |
| FitnessKPI | Exports members, memberships and income to your own analytics system. | Centers already working with Power BI, Tableau or similar. |
| Alten DNASport | Data exchange with Alten's swimming pool management platform. | Junta de Andalucía swimming pools. |

## If your system is not on the list

It has to be assessed, not that it is impossible. Sporttia would rather say «we will look
into it» than promise an integration and have the client find out during implementation.
