## Frequently asked questions

### Do members see the same availability as the front desk?

Yes. The grid and the app read the same data at the same moment, so there are never two versions of the truth. What differs is how much of each booking is shown: the center always sees the holder's name, and members only if the center allows it.

### Can I charge different prices depending on the hour or the member?

Yes, on both counts. Each band of the schedule carries its own price and distinguishes lit from unlit courts; and a rate can be restricted to a group, so residents, members or a specific community see one price and everyone else sees another.

### What happens if someone starts paying by card and never finishes?

The booking is held in their name for about nine minutes while they complete the payment. Once that window closes, the slot is released. If the bank does charge them afterwards, the amount is automatically credited to their wallet with a message explaining why, so the money is never lost.
